We are grateful to the professors at California State University Sacramento for leading our members through a webinar called Managing Your Family Business Through Uncertainty. In 2017, Sac State surveyed FBC members to understand family businesses and their resilience through a crisis. Now, in the midst of this unprecedented public health situation, we collaborated to bring members management strategies for the COVID-19 pandemic. Participants discussed disaster preparedness, strategies for effective communication to stakeholders, shifting to a remote workforce and creating plan to allow for safety directives while sustaining a family business. The webinar has been uploaded to our YouTube Channel and is now available to all family business members. If you want the full PPT please contact Stella Premo at email@example.com.
